Olives et al were inspired by a yearlong adventure on motorbikes through the Mediterranean, Middle East and North Africa.

Owners Annie and Giles Henschel, when returning to England in the early 90’s, found it hard to find good quality ingredients and olives, which they had enjoyed on their travels.

So they took it upon themselves to start making their own from recipes and inspirations gathered on their travels.  Today they still source all their own ingredients.  

Olives et al aim it to produce food, which tastes and looks just the way it should without artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
