Monsieur Miot is the tree time’s winner of the ‘Best Jam maker in the World’ award. He started out as a pastry chef using Nostradamus’ jam recipes for inspiration in his blueberry tarts. Over time customers began asking if they could buy the filling without the tart and so /Francis Miot became the extraordinary confiturier he is today.
Based outside Pau, South West France, Monsieur Miot uses only the best quality fruit; short cooking times and minimal sugar to make jams, which taste more of fruit than of sugar.
